The service

Pecuro provides shopping comparison, purchase-protection, price-watch, deadline-tracking, and recovery-support tools. Features may change during beta as we test and improve the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping access to your account secure. You must not use Pecuro to interfere with the service, misrepresent purchases, create fraudulent claims, or abuse retailer, payment, or affiliate systems.

Prices and retailer information

Pecuro aims to present useful and recent price information, but retailer prices, stock, delivery costs, promotions, and product availability can change at any time. The retailer's checkout page is the final source for the price and terms of a purchase.

Consumer-rights guidance

Pecuro can help identify possible rights, remedies, deadlines, and next steps based on the information available. It is an information and organisation tool, not a law firm and not a substitute for professional legal advice. Outcomes depend on the facts of each case and applicable law.

Premium

Pecuro Premium is an optional recurring subscription. Current prices are shown before checkout. Subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe-hosted customer portal. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

Affiliate commissions and optional sharing

Pecuro may earn affiliate commissions when you deliberately follow eligible retailer links. Pecuro may also offer an optional way to share a portion of a verified saving. Any such contribution is voluntary and is never automatically deducted.

No guarantee of savings or recovery

Pecuro does not guarantee that a cheaper offer will always be available, that a retailer will accept a return or claim, or that money will be recovered. We aim to provide accurate tools and clear evidence, but decisions by retailers, payment providers, regulators, courts, and other third parties remain outside Pecuro's control.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product development.

Consumer rights preserved

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Pecuro develops. Material changes will be reflected here before wider public launch.
